Tarak Mahadi
 

Tarak Mahadi has born in Bangladesh, 15th December, 1984. In the year 1998 he joined Mymensingh Zainul Abedin Art School, there he studied almost three long years beside formal education and later graduated from the university of Dhaka, Faculty of Fine Arts, 2006.

 

He has attended many group exhibitions, art camps, workshops at home and abroad with Britto Art Trust, Art Club Bangladesh, World Art Foundation, US Embassy (Dhaka), jolrong org etc. In his artistic journey he has got a few number of awards and achieved expertise in many media of arts. His 1st Solo Exhibition launched at- Alliance Franciase de Dhaka, titled-"Essence of Mystery" 2011, July 15-18.

 

Worked at Art Club Bangladesh from 2010 to 2012.

Vice president of WAG (NC), since 2013.

 

Book published in 2012 November, on eleven artists around the world, titled- “Shining Above The Rainbow”,  Author- Viet Tran
 

 

Statement
Art is the production of artists mind & the statement of our time & conditions. Mostly my art describes those qualities which
aren't visual in the optical reality but they are very real with impact & understanding. That reality only can be comprehended by art to enter our mind in the realm of understanding. The fact is- all we are & everything is interrelated, sometime things seem isolated in different aspect though they aren't. There I come from the profound feeling of imperfection to find & show some missing links through my art. As an artist & human being my obligation is to work for peace & wisdom to seek inner strength through the form of art , which is evolving with you, with time.
